Volunteer Opportunities

Pathways to Care owes much of its success to its volunteers. Before Pathways had opened its doors to those seeking our care, volunteers put in many hours helping to prepare the building and contents for those to come. There is never a moment when volunteer help cannot be used. If you wish to serve, contact Anita Capetillo at the number above. Some ways that you can help are:

Receptionist, 2-4 hour shifts daily
Organize a food drive
Collect items such as personal hygiene supplies, blankets, and toiletry items
Teach a class on computers, job training, resumé writing, and other life skill classes
Painting, interior painting and upkeep
Help serve meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner
Clerical work such as assisting both the nurses and social workers with record keeping
Maintenance work
Become a mentor for a resident
Drive residents to appointments
